backstory.
Nov. 20th, 2019 01:26 pmTurducken feels an affinity towards the dead and created her own funeral parlour - Nirvana. She travels Tierra relieving souls of the burden of life.
Turducken was summoned to the city state of Mado by a queen with a death wish. The woman had made herself immortal and come to regret it. After following her Master Attendant's wishes, Mado was invaded by the imperial soldiers of Gloriville, and Turducken followed the dying souls created, sending each of them into the afterlife.
Eventually, she came to a beach littered with dying souls beneath it, a pain great enough to leave her overcome with sorrow. She was stopped by a hooded human as she tried to send these souls to the afterlife, and discovered that the souls were not human - but Food Souls, who had been used in war and destroyed afterwards. Or, well, they were supposed to be destroyed. Humans weren't strong enough to do so, and so the Food Souls were forced into a spirit form and stashed underground, to be kept there until their Soul Power drained and they disappeared.
She questioned the man who stopped her until he broke down and continued her ritual, which took a long of her soul power and so much time that the young man who stopped her had grown old. From there, she travelled the world until she eventually returned to Mado — now Midgar — at the call of Minestrone Soup's pained soul.
She encounters Pan de Muerto, who is incredibly interested in her, during her search for Minestrone. Eventually, she finds and heals Minestrone, and she and PdM leave him to rest while PdM shows Turducken a tower created by PdM's MA's ancestor, which depicts the colonisation of Gloriville and the life of the commander — ending in the commander meeting Turducken on a beach.
While Pan de Muerto and Turducken are discussing Turducken's past, Minestrone Soup wakes up.

Should we drink a glass tonight, too?
